Our photographers are virtually “invisible” to your faculty and parents during the commencement ceremony. Our photographers and assistants work unobtrusively before, during and after the commencement ceremony. We never slow down your processional lines – either one or two line ceremonies.

Set up We will arrive and be set up 90 minutes before the ceremony and will work with the graduation ceremony staff as requested by the Graduation Event Coordinator/ Contact. Equipment We will furnish all equipment to efficiently photograph the ceremony, including the necessary backup equipment. If a camera should fail during the ceremony, we will simply pick up the backup camera and continue to photograph the students as they receive their diplomas. Ordering We will email digital proofs within 24 hours of the ceremony. We mail free color proofs to each individual graduate for which we have an address within four days of the ceremony.
