COMPLIMENTARY PRODUCTS AND SERVICES Student ID cards will be provided free of charge for each student and staff Student ID cards may include picture, first and last name, student ID#, graduation year or grade, and bar-coded for a lunchroom or library program, entrance scanning and attendance systems Any ID card requirements and requests can be fulfilled byThe Barksdale Group • Initial set of printed ID cards printed onsite: PVC (30 mil) thick cards A second set of ID cards can be provided if requested at no charge (Teslin [30 mil] non-tear laminated cards) Visitor and/or substitute badges Twenty-five custom designed badges are offered each year for each school The Barksdale Group Portal: Developed by BARKSDALE, this propriety software is a powerful user-friendly system provided to school administrators for tracking student information and producing a variety of digital services This program is loaded with student photos, any information that was provided to us in the student list, as well as ID templates for use in printing replacement IDs, and student recognition certificates for printing The portal has the capability, to set jpg resolution and naming convention to allow your approved administrators to export/import images into your Student Management Software. The Portal also offers the same export for your yearbook advisor to download the yearbook image’s for all PSPA formatted publishers (No more CD or links to retrieve images) All photos will be high quality and in the appropriate format for both administrator and yearbook software programs

Portal’s“School List Uploader” Schools are able to export their student data from their existing administrative software and upload a .CSV file directly to our secure image portal. The portal’s custom and auto mapping feature will recognize most fields but also has the ability to customize the mapping.
