Portrait Distribution All packages will be delivered to each school sorted by the schools specifications. Each picture booklet contains the information supplied to us on your student data file. Retakes We return to each school for retakes approximately six weeks after the original day. We will retake any portrait package free of charge with no questions asked. Any students who were absent will be included on retake day. Hockmeyer Customer Service It is stated in our core values that Hockmeyer Customer Service shall anticipate what a customer needs before they need it and then act with urgency, meeting them ahead in the road. We have a full support staff that can assist with any request from either a school administrator or a parent. The Hockmeyer Customer Service line is toll free and open from 8am to 5:30 pm, Monday through Friday, with extended hours till 8 pm during our busy season for parents and administrators to call. Customer Service can handle any parent’s orders or questions. Our friendly staff is ready to assist in any way and we offer bilingual Spanish support. Quality Guarantee We back all of our work and if a parent is not satisfied with their portraits for any reason they shall return them on Retake Day and we will re-photograph the child. If a parent is still not pleased, they simply return the retake portraits and we refund the entire purchase. ORDERING Every family will have the opportunity to order before, on, or after picture day. Pre-ordering is easy and parents can return their order and payment on picture day or pay on-line. Hockmeyer will collect and remove money on picture day. No school will be responsible for money collection. Order Form/Flyers We supply customized bilingual flyers with the appropriate packaging and pricing to each school. Families will be able to select which picture package best fits their needs. We offer a variety of backgrounds and poses to On-Line Orders Pre-Pay Our on-line ordering is convenient and easy to use. Pre-pay orders can be placed on-line, up until noon on the following: www.hockstudio.com. Picture day order forms have clear instructions for parents to order on-line. If a parent pays on line and the student forgets to bring in the order form on picture day, Hockmeyer has the ability to process the order without a picture day form.
