ABCYearbooks Program Uses a web-based programs that are Mac and PC compatible.

YEARBOOK EDITION

Color ABC Yearbooks will print the book in full color. All enlargements and reductions will be done by Barksdale at no additional charge to the school. All deadlines will remain as scheduled, and agreed to by the Yearbook Advisor. Proof Corrections Proof changes at no charge, provided they are made prior to printing. Supplies We will supply all yearbook staff with necessary materials to produce the yearbook. ABC Yearbooks will also supply all marketing materials necessary to promote the book. We will provide yearbook flyers, posters as well as an online link for parents to make credit card payments. A banner ad will be provided to place on your website for online orders. No Subcontracting ABC Yearbooks will not sublet or subcontract any part of the publishing process. We have our own state-of-the-art production facility.

Training The yearbook representative will be available to visit schools on an as needed basis. We will also provide training through webinars or “ZOOMMeetings”. Support We will provide a dedicated technical support person that will work with each school throughout the year. Each rep will provide their email address and direct number to be available during business hours for any questions regarding the yearbook. Build-a-Book We can also build entirely if you need the help, at no extra charge. Binding Staple square back binding for books less than 76 pages Perfect bound (PUR Adhesive) binding for books over 76 pages (PUR Adhesive offers superior adhesion and also the ability for the bound book to lay flat without compromising the binding strength)
